My Vision & Intention For This Space
After being in multiple masterminds myself over the last 7 years, plus hosting my own annually, it's really important that this space is infused with the utmost intention. For Illumin8, I desire for this to be an expansive, supportive space full of women who are all on a similar level, and have similar visions for where they want to go, and how they want to feel. I will only accept women into this container who are LEADERS, big-hearted, generous, and embody a certain power and magic within them. No one will be just starting out, as this will be a high level space with women who are anchored in the value of their work, and know how powerful both they are, and their work is. I am inviting women of ALL fields into this- as long as they consider themselves high level and deeply skilled- while of course humbly knowing they have much still to learn.
This is a space for women of high power, influence, and emotional intelligence. This is not a space to be constantly triggered, or trauma dumping, overwhelming venting, or to be babied. This is a space to come in with INTENTION, to ask for what you need, and then take the necessary action and initiative required. This is about POTENCY. While this is a feminine container, the right woman is also going to welcome being challenged, lovingly encouraged to her edge of expansion, and is eager to see her blind spots and knows that coaching can sometimes be uncomfortable.
