Online Sales Policy: Terms and Conditions

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for all online sales. Please read them carefully.

Subscription Terms

Our services require a minimum three-month commitment. After this initial period, you may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 30 days' written notice. To cancel, please email your request to [email protected].

Communication and Scheduling

  • Telegram/Voxer Days: These days must be used consecutively. The service begins the day after our scheduled call. If your call is on a Friday, your Telegram/Voxer days will commence the following Monday and run through Friday.

  • Monthly Calls: It is the client's responsibility to schedule your call at the beginning of each month. Once scheduled, Aislinn will provide the Zoom link. Please note that unused calls do not roll over to subsequent months.

  • Telegram Availability: Aislinn is typically available on Telegram in the morning and afternoon, between 9:00 AM MST and 5:00 PM MST.

  • Voice Message Boundaries: Voice messages should be no longer than three minutes per message, with a total aggregate of no more than eight minutes at a time. Text and written messages are unlimited.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ARE PERMITTED. AFTER CHECKOUT YOU WILL BE SENT A CONTRACT VIA DOCUSIGN. PLEASE SIGN THIS PRIOR TO BOOKING YOUR FIRST CALL.
