Time to bring this conversation online.

It’s been in my heart. In my bedroom. In my longing. In my secrets. In my dialogue with spirit. In my relationship. In my client calls.

And now it’s time to bring it here.

For most of us, healthy intimacy is a practice we get to learn, and what we need to unlearn and heal is our closure, fear, tension and resistance TO that which we most desire.

I want to see women globally fully, powerfully and skillfully meeting their desires with open hearts and open hips and actually be able to receive what they long for the most.

The deepest, purest love.

The liberating, abundant wealth.

The luxury that bestows gifts of beauty, inspiration, and comfort.

But first, we need to lovingly and compassionately explore the walls, the closures and the push-pull dynamic between YOU and:

Money. Love. Wealth. Intimacy.

What stands between YOU and these things? What have you put between you and them- as a protective mechanism that ultimately results in false safety and yields to suffering and shut down?

I know for myself, it registers as actual pain in my body when I fear I won’t be met by the above.

It brings me to my knees. If I didn’t have the skills I now have, it would result in my collapse, my blame, my neediness, and my desperation.

A complete DE-magnetism and demystifying of my power. Complete disconnection from source and love.

So my loves, let’s learn about staying OPEN.

Staying open and grounded in love, trust and abundance when money comes and goes, when it’s taking longer than you expected, when he wants to see your full feminine fiery heart, when overflow is knocking on your door and it’s time to shake off the version of you who collapses.

When your body and patterns want to default to resistance and a lack of receptivity and connection, when you want to close off- stay open.

This is where the entire breakthrough occurs.

Face it. Acknowledge it. Feel it. Dance with it. Stay with it. Process it THROUGH you. Do not turn away, do not run, do not close.

Breath. Touch it. Hands on heart. Feel the temptation to withdraw.

And instead, heal and upgrade the relationship (with love, with money, with him, with the universe) into security and trust by leaning IN and getting lovingly curious about WHO you are in the moments that ask you to face the truth.

Healthy relating requires you to put down your shield, and open wide to tenderness.

Can you receive while putting expectation aside? Can you focus on appreciation and generosity when it’s easier to take? Can you self-source safety and security enough so that money and love don’t feel burdened by your desperation?

This is life changing; love changing; bank account changing and business changing.
